RSI recruits in both English and non-English speaking countries. We can make available an intensive language and cultural program to workers from non-English speaking countries to better prepare them for working in the United States. We firmly believe that in many cases, for the employer, the H2B visa worker is a better fit than the J-1 visa worker. But there are advantages and disadvantages to all visa programs, and there’s no “one size fits all” solution. Because we can bring all three types of visa workers, we are in a good position to offer you suggestions on what mix of workers you should consider.
