Resource Staffing International Ltd. (RSI) is a privately owned company based in the Green Mountains of Vermont.

Our company was founded by experienced Resort and Hospitality Industry professionals from a variety of backgrounds, all with significant international travel experience

RSI was started to help meet the demand for seasonal workers in the USA and provide motivated people from all over the world with a chance to travel overseas, gain experience in a variety of winter and summer businesses and earn money. Our mission is to match enthusiastic people from all over the world with companies offering jobs which leave lasting impressions and memories of a lifetime, working in the exciting resort/hospitality industry.  

We focus considerable time and attention on carefully screening both our workers and employers, and gaining intimate first-hand knowledge of both.  This, in turn, has allowed to us create superlative matches between workers and employers.  And creating the right match is the key to our success. 

Many of us have been through the recruitment process first hand with other recruiters and based on those experiences, we have tried to design the best "user-friendly" system possible.  We strive to offer a ‘work experience’ program that matches the needs of each employer with the international staff it requires and vice versa.

Over ten years of service, we have placed applicants from more than 29 countries in a variety of businesses in the U.S., and have an outstanding retention rate among both workers and employers.

We work with both J-1student/cultural exchange (6-12 month internships) and work and travel (4 month work experience and 1 month travel), as well as H-2B (non-student, temporary work) visa applicants. This allows us to extend an opportunity for international work to almost any qualified applicant.  

Each of these visa programs has pros and cons. There is no such thing as “one size fits all.” As experts in our field, we do much more than simply place workers – we provide an array of consulting services and work with our clients to examine their unique and specific needs then implement a tailor-made solution. And because we know how to navigate the immigration maze, we are able to help as much or as little as needed, all the way through handling all of the regulatory paperwork and processing details with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).
