Philosophy

RSI was founded on the principle of fair treatment of all parties.

We only work with employers who follow through, provide the amount of work hours promises, and provide a meaningful, respectful work environment. Similarly, we thoroughly screen all applicants (including a personal, hands-on interview in their native lands) and only work with responsible, respectful workers who seek to earn a living through their work. Our workers recognize and appreciate the work opportunity, and take it very seriously. We have also developed unique processes and strategies that help us to ensure that everyone’s goals are met, and all parties are treated with the respect they deserve.

The other cornerstone to our success is our emphasis on the match-making process itself. We are not an oversized conglomerate that buoys its stock prices by playing a numbers game and ramping up volume to fuel corporate growth. On the contrary, we’re a private agency founded by principles who take an active, hands-on role in the recruiting and screening of both workers and employers alike. Our principles specifically travel to each worker’s home country for personal interviews, and visit each U.S. employer’s facility.

We believe that we can help create a better quality of life for our workers, while creating a win-win situation for all parties. It can be very difficult for businesses with seasonal peaks to recruit and train short-term workers, especially when the jobs do not coincide with local colleges’ summer breaks. At the same time, foreign workers in Asia, Europe, Africa and South America need gainful employment, particularly in certain countries where there just simply are no jobs available. We have made it our mission to help match the right workers with the right employers, to solve everyone’s needs. We do not create demand for jobs, and we do not create the pool of available workers. We simply address the latent needs of both parties, and facilitate the complex process of bringing the two together in a meaningful way. By executing well, we can make the world a better place for workers and their families, as well as the seasonal business owners who can now be more efficient and profitable. This is a true win-win for all parties, including the employer’s patrons, who receive a better service experience.
