Mike’s career spans more than 40 years in the hospitality field, and is grounded in a college degree in International Economics and Finance. Mike has extensive practical knowledge of several related disciplines within the greater hospitality industry, including: food & beverage, resort management and the innkeeper business. In his last position prior to founding RSI, Mike spent 6 years managing a large department at a very popular Vermont ski resort, where he dealt extensively with seasonal workers. In his role at RSI, Mike has traveled extensively throughout the Caribbean, South America, Australia and Asia, meeting and interviewing potential employees for employers throughout the United States. Having had an extensive career in managing tourism and hospitality businesses himself, Mike harbors an incredible depth of insight and understanding that allows him to relate to business owners and key managers and really understand their specific needs.
